 Our call center, the HelpLine, was introduced to make sure that the customer could speak to a “live” person and get a speedy, responsive, helpful answer. Call our HelpLine at 913-338-HELP between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm on Saturday, or send us an email message detailing your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We promise to respond back to you within an hour during our normal Call Center hours. In that email response, we will give you either the information you have requested, or we will tell you how long it will take to process your request and get the requested information to you. |
