IMPROVED AVAILABILITY OF DEPOSITED FUNDS Recently, the Federal Reserve System completed a restructure of its check-processing operations. This change improves availability of funds from certain checks you deposit in (2) key ways: 1) Before, funds from certain deposited checks were not available for 5 business days after the deposit date; now the potential delay is only 2 business days. 2) Before, under unusual circumstances, funds from certain deposited checks were not available for 11 business days after the deposit date; now the potential delay is 7 business days.
